Part 1: Video Submission
Please record a 2-minute video in which you:
- Spend 1-minute introducing yourself and explaining why you would be a good fit for the role
- Spend 1-minute telling us what you think great customer service is
Part 2: Written Submission
Please read the scenario below and submit an effective response that eases Kabelo’s frustration but ensures he uses your company’s services/product again
